Customer Success Associate
San Mateo, CA
The customer success associate will nurture and grow client relationships by maintaining close contact with new and existing customers. In this role, you will engage with customers to help them realize the full potential of Lightapp. You should be a people person, a close listener, and a creative problem solver. Customer success associates can expect to work closely with product engineers, data analysts, and OEM partners.
Connect with customers through calls, emails, and web demos.
Prepare weekly reports on customer health and success initiatives.
Maintain close contact with key accounts and report to the executive team as needed.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain and update contacts, leads, and activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent people skills.
Willingness to work in a team.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng) from College or University.
Previous software, manufacturing or energy experience a plus.
